Meet The Team
Kevin Moore (Owner & Director): – S
Shaun Ridgwell (Advisor & Lighting Designer): – I love meeting people, discussing ideas, and watching a project develop. I live in a 16th-century house and love how we can mix modern and traditional lighting but still keep the character of a period home. My training as a PRINCE2 practitioner helps me see projects develop from ideas on drawings to beautifully finished homes. My other passions are experiencing travelling adventures, creating music and eating crisps and chocolate.
Anna Cheshire (Accounts and Admin): – I have worked for Joseph Read since 2017. My responsibilities are mainly accounts and administration but also involve anything from ordering products, arranging deliveries, and making sure everything runs smoothly in the background, not to forget making tea and coffee! In my spare time, I enjoy horse riding, travelling, and spending time with my family and friends.
Stuart Berry (Lead Engineer): – I have over 18 years’ experience working with the latest technology and I have a National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. My role as lead engineer starts with planning, installing, and finishes with commissioning. I love to see a project through to the end. I’m easy to get on with. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and have an interest in sports and keeping fit.
Kember (Head of Security): – I am a rescued dog from Romania. I have been the head of security for over 5 years. I spend most of my time on my bed in the office, but I’m always listening. I enjoy walks, food and barking at other dogs in my local park. I’m always working, so please don’t stroke my fur unless I let you.
